The NWT range is backed by a 2 year warranty. In the event that the issue cannot be repaired, we may choose to replace it with the same model or alternative model if the product is no longer in production. 

Warranty Claim Process: To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team at support@nwt.com.au and provide details of the issue (photos/videos)  as well as proof of purchase. We endeavour to respond to warranty claims within 24hrs.

Warranty Return Shipping: For all warranty claims that are validated and approved, NWT will cover the costs of shipping.
